Psand Limited began doing business in 1996 and was incorporated in 1997 when development on Changing Pages began. Since then we have developed and hosted many leading brand multi-domain websites, including MINI Park Lane, BMW Motorrad and Alfa Romeo, each tested by millions of users.
Our company's founding members are Internet veterans with deep roots in mobile satellite connectivity, wireless networks and media streaming. Since the early days of Internet technology, we have been working to create a scaleable and robust content management solution. More than a decade of focused research and development has allowed us to develop a flexible yet reliable multi-domain platform. Developed in response to the market need for large companies to have central brand control without sacrificing the ability for local outlets to control their website content, Changing Pages is used today by some of the world's leading names.
Our team members intrinsically understand the need for companies to communicate and share information across international boundaries. Since we work together from several offices across Europe, our ability to maintain reliable enterprise-wide systems is critical to our success. Iain is one of the founders of Psand and is the principle architect of the Changing Pages platform. He has more than 15 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industries as a consultant, holds an honours degree in Computing for Real Time Systems and is a Fellow of the Free Software Foundation (Europe).
Dave studied Mechanical Engineering at Brunel University and is a specialist in product and user interface design. He has over 10 years experience with the Changing Pages platform, the last 4 in the role of Design Consultant, planning and implementing new systems, improving existing ones and ensuring that specifications, costs and timescales stay on target.
Tanya brings a wealth of expertise to Psand's operations. With more than 12 years commercial financial experience, she has a proven track record helping emerging companies achieve their growth and acquisition targets.
David's role at Psand is to help move a well established and successfully business into new markets as well as advising on growing the business through the challenges presented. With a reputation for delivery and governance, he was awarded the title of LinkedIn Business Leader of the Year in 2010 and has worked in senior technology and leadership roles at Reuters, Chase Manhattan, Volkswagen, Ariba, Asite, Serco and Tech Mahindra as well as with the NHS and other public sector organisations. David is also Director of a private equity fund, Pario Ventures, which specialises in start-ups and future growth of established business, as well as supporting US organisations trying to emerge in European, Middle-Eastern and African markets.
Jim is a Director and Lead Changing Pages Developer at Psand. He holds an honours degree in Computing and has 14 years experience covering systems administration, technical support, web design & development, database design and e-commerce.
He joined Psand in 2007 to provide third-line support for the company's Changing Pages content management platform, extensive network of websites and their user base. He rapidly moved on to a senior development role and is now dedicated to maintaining, improving and innovating the Changing Pages platform.
Owner of the first Internet Café in the South West of England, Jon has over ten years commercial experience and a first class honours degree in Digital Media. He is dedicated to crafting intelligently designed websites and is highly skilled in HTML and CSS. Having designed and built websites for some of the worlds leading brands, Jon understands how important it is to ensure maximum usability and accessibility whilst delivering memorable brand experiences.
