About the Company
Psand Limited is a growing software development company focused on building and hosting bespoke content management driven websites. We began doing business in 1996 when development on our platform, Changing Pages, began. Since then we have developed and hosted many leading brand multi-domain websites, including MINI Park Lane, BMW Motorrad and Alfa Romeo, each tested by millions of users.
About the Position
The Sales Person will be accountable for creation, implementation and management of the company's UK sales plan and future sales team. Candidates should be experienced in technical sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas while working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Industry contacts and associations are an advantage.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Sales Person will be trained and supported by the Technical Director and Director of Operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead generation and identification of new opportunities
- Development of in-depth knowledge of the specifications and features of our systems to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
- Participation in creation of company marketing materials and sales tools
- Maintenance of an existing professional network to establish and develop new business contacts
- Investigation of clients' specific needs and business requirements to develop client proposals and Statements of Work
- Development of client proposals and presentations
- Client negotiations and closing sales
- After-sales support and account management
Working Environment
Our team members intrinsically understand the need to communicate and share information across international boundaries. Since we work together from several offices across Europe, our ability to maintain reliable enterprise-wide systems is critical to our success. Candidates will be expected to work from home within the company's virtual office. Travel within the UK will be required.

Compensation
The Sales Person position is provided compensation through a base salary plus commission, awards, and bonuses. Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
